Utimaco Channel Program

The Utimaco Channel Program is the relationship between Distribution Firms, Value Added resellers, System Integration firms, Hardware Vendors and Utimaco. The Utimaco Channel Program establishes business relationships which leverage our mutual resources resulting in solution oriented sales that would be unattainable without the contributions of each company.

Our Channel Program provides resellers a single source to Utimaco products, technical support, consulting, marketing and sales assistance. Certified resellers provide application expertise, implementation expertise, customer support, and primary marketing and sales responsibilities.

Certified partners benefit from both the technical and marketing advantages gained by teaming with Utimaco. The Utimaco Channel Program positions companies for business success in the security market. The Utimaco Channel Program is unique by offering the industries best encryption technology coupled with a significant commitment to its Channel Partners.

Sales and Marketing

The Utimaco Sales and Pre-Sales team are highly trained security specialists, focused on supporting the channel business model. They are highly motivated to contribute to the success of Utimaco resellers.

Pre-sales Technical Support

Utimaco provides resellers with pre-sales technical support. Assistance is provided by a pre-sales technical support person or a Regional Manager. We have a variety of training programs to empower resellers and help them develop the subject matter expertise with our products.

Certification Program

Utimaco is committed to providing best in class training to its partners. Utimaco provides partners with progressive educational services including certification for sales and technical resources. Utimaco training is conducted in our Foxboro MA training or on-site at your office. The conclusion of training is a certification exam that helps to distinguish business partners who master the content. Utimaco Technical training is a provided at a nominal fee.

Account Management

Utimaco leverages a team approach to Channel Account Management, assuring Program members access to Utimaco resources. Every Partner has a dedicated Corporate Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Both provide support to assure resellers achieve Channel Program objectives and effectively represent Utimaco solutions.

Deal Registration

Certified Utimaco Alliance Partners have the ability to register incremental sales opportunities with Utimaco. Registered deals are eligible to receive additional discounts from Utimaco list price.

Market Development Funds

Utimaco offers its sales partners a generous MDF program than can be used for seminars, mailings, ads, collateral and other approved lead generation activities.

Press Releases

Utimaco assists and sponsors joint press releases for eligible Alliance resellers.

Brochures

Utimaco Brochures are available to Alliance members at Utimaco’s cost .

Presentations

Utimaco equips partners with our latest presentations and white papers.

Monthly Newsletter

Utimaco regularly publishes news bulletins that include product or strategic announcements and market analysis and product positioning. These bulletins are sent to partners on a monthly basis.

Technical Support

Utimaco reseller support is outstanding, Utimaco support ensures our partners have the most current product releases and developers get answers quickly. Utimaco provides telephone and Online support services.

Technical Training

Utimaco will conduct technical training for the Alliance member technical staff.

Educational Services and Certification

Utimaco provides partners with progressive educational services including certification for sales and technical resources. Utimaco training is offered on-site at your office or at our Education Center in Boston, MA. Classes are geared to the specific needs of the attendee. A variety of courses are offered to fulfill specific training requirements. The conclusion of training is a certification exam that helps to distinguish business partners who master the content. Sales training and certification is offered at no charge. Utimaco Technical Certification is a provided at a nominal fee.

Documentation

Business Partners receive copies of Utimaco’s documentation with each development license. Partners may incorporate Utimaco documentation into their own product(s) documentation as appropriate.
